ATGET primarily uses SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel for all bathroom hardware products. SUS304 stainless steel maintains structural integrity in humid environments and meets the hygiene standards required by commercial project specifications.
Our MOQ starts at 50 units per SKU for standard products. For custom-designed or OEM products, the MOQ typically starts at 200–500 units depending on the specification. Sample orders are available before bulk production, and we offer pre-production samples with a 7–14 day lead time. We also support low-MOQ trial orders for new buyers to verify product quality.
Yes. ATGET offers full OEM/ODM customization services including custom logo printing, brand color matching, bespoke packaging design, and barcoded label production. Our packaging is designed for ocean freight durability and complies with export standards for both US and EU markets. We have supported brand customization for buyers from North America, Western Europe, and the Middle East.
Yes. Sample orders are available for most products. Sample fees are free for standard products; buyers only cover express shipping costs. For custom samples, a sample fee applies and is deductible from the first bulk order when the order quantity meets our MOQ. Typical sample lead time is 7–14 business days, and samples are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Standard product lead times range from 15 to 25 business days after order confirmation. Custom products or large-volume orders typically require 25–35 business days. We provide a production tracking system with real-time updates, and all shipments include detailed packing lists and quality inspection reports (QC report) before dispatch.
We accept payment via T/T (telegraphic transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and PayPal (for sample orders only). For first-time buyers, we typically require 30% deposit with the balance paid before shipment. We also offer payment terms for established business relationships upon credit approval. All transactions are conducted through secure banking channels.

Yes. ATGET has extensive experience shipping to the US and European markets. We work with established freight forwarders to offer DDP, FOB, and CIF shipping terms. Destinations include all major US ports (Los Angeles, New York, Houston) and European ports (Hamburg, Rotterdam, Felixstowe, Le Havre). Shipping costs are quoted based on order volume and destination.
